Shandong Mengling Engineering Machinery Group is one of the largest professional foundries in China with more than 30 years of casting experience. Being a state large- Ⅰ enterprise, whose total capitals is 410 million yuan , fixed assets is 220 million yuan , and covers a land area of 280 thousand square meters, building area 120 thousand square meters. It is the top casting enterprise in Shandong Province , including the following branches: Casting-steel Research Center , Casting-steel factory, Casting-iron factory, Machining Factory, Wheel-loader factory, Heat-treatment factory, etc.

Ⅰ .Production Capacity: It has formed the annual output capacity of 100,000 tonsfor different kinds of steel castings, Iron castings, and Ductile castings, and more than 1000 wheel loaders.

Ⅱ . Production Equipments: It holds the advanced casting production lines, the annual output capacity of one of Lost foam casting production lines is 20,000 tons, the other is 10,000 tons; there are 4 units of resin-sand production lines with 60,000 tons
of output per year; 1 unit of valve body production line with 10,000 tons of annual output, 1 unit of wheel loader assembly line, and more than 400 units of special production and machining equipments such as different kinds of numerical control machines.

Ⅲ .Quality Assurance: It has passed ISO9001:2000 international quality assurance system certificate and ISO10012 metrology assurance system. It owns completely physical and chemical examination means, in order to ensure the products quality, company purchased 28 units of fine, accurate and hi-quality inspection apparatus.

Ⅳ . Product introduction: The main products are Castings and the wheel loader of ZL30, ZL40, ZL50-1(loading coal), ZL50E-1(loading rock), ZL 50F , and ZL 50F -1(loading rock) series of MENGLING brand. Castings already form a complete set for
a long–term supply to the top 20 Engineering and Machinery Factories such as China Longyan, Linyi, Xuzhou , Liuzhou , Changlin Group, Hangzhou , Sichuan , Xuzhoumeichi, Hefei Ankai,Hebei Dongfeng,etc.

Ⅴ .Technology development: The large transmission case of wheel loader adopted lost foam casting gained the certificate of “ Science and Technology Fruit Approval” awarded by State Science and Technology Ministry, listed in State Torch Program in 2003, and won the Gold Medal in the 4 th International Non Ferrous & Special Casting Exhibition. The production ways of steel-casting construction scaffolding won the invention of Country's Patent Office.

Ⅵ .Product Export: There are more than 10 years for valve bodies export to USA., Netherlands , Korea ; and the construction scaffoldings mainly export to England , Italy , Russia , etc; at the same time manufactured or machined many batches of casting parts for the European countries and areas.
